I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but we encountered issues with the air conditioner; however, we were promptly moved to another room. The service, from the valet to advice on local events, was exceptional, making it clear that Sheraton Ft Worth is the place to stay. The location, though convenient and close to attractions like the Water Park and the Fort Worth Convention Center, lacked proper lighting and regulation of temperature. The dining options were limited and disappointing, especially with undercooked sausage, despite the high cost. However, the facilities were adequate and functional.
The hotel had a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were quite nice, but the high price tag didn't seem justified. The service was friendly and the hotel was super clean, yet initially lacked helpfulness. The location was convenient for specific purposes but fell short in terms of proximity to downtown. Overall, a somewhat pricey stay with a range of experiences to consider.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the rooms were pretty nice, I was disappointed that the bathroom only had a tub for a bath. The elevators were clean and very adequate for what we needed.
